Glass Blowing

Have you always wanted to try glass blowing? Is it on your bucket list?  Or maybe you have already spent time in the hot shop and want more. This semi-private, 4-hour session is tailored to you.  

Expect to gather molten glass from the furnace, blow some bubbles, and make a paperweight, ornament, and maybe a cup. Your glass will need to anneal in the kiln overnight.  It can be picked up the following day or shipped to you.  

No experience is required. Keep in mind that you will be working in a tight, hot space with equipment that can cut and burn. In other words, be mindful of your movements.  Wear closed-toe shoes, tie back your hair, and do not wear flowy clothing.  Excessively hot weather may cancel or postpone the workshop.
